Shut off the power:

Clean the fins:
With a
medium pressure water stream spray through the fins from inside out
to remove all the debris particles between the fins. Never use a high
pressure water stream as it can damage the fins.

Straighten the Fins:
Since
any reduction in airflow through the fins can reduce efficiency,
carefully straight the bent fins using a butter knife or commercially
available fin-straightening tool. Be gentle so that the tubing
embedded within the fins will not damage.

Clean the evaporator coil:
Clean the
evaporator coil in the inside blower unit. You may need to remove
some of the foil duct tape take out few screws and bolts. Use a soft
brush to inside to dust of the coil, then spray with the no-rinse
coil cleaner. Clean out with soap, water and the little bit amount of
bleach. Using of bleach will inhabit the growth of algae.
After
completion of these steps fixes all the parts that were unscrewed
